Please note that Belangelique offers a 3 working days, return policy- you must notify us within 3 working days of the receipt of the product. We will to the best of our ability offer a satisfactory resolution such as return for replacement subject to the same specifications as initially ordered.
Items should be returned unused and unstained with all Belangelique tags/brand tags included. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be sent back to customer and/ or a refund refused.
Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags should be included with your return.

All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear.
Skincare, cosmetics and hair care must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging otherwise we will not accept them. Please note, fragrance, nail polish and aerosols are final sale and may not be returned due to transport restrictions.
Lingerie & Swimwear
Briefs, swimming costumes and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip. Returns will not be accepted if this strip has been removed or if items are soiled, and will be sent back to the customer.
Repeated returns– We do monitor the number of returns made by customers and continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion or lead to closure of account
If you would like to replace a faulty item, instead of obtaining a refund, Please be aware we can only replace it for the same product and same size, subject to availability.
Returns within Nigeria can be made only via Africa Courier Express Delivery Company to a forwarding address sent via email to customer.
Other than for faulty Items Customers will be charged for delivery for replaced items
If Items are faulty, we would attempt to replace, where item is not available you would be subject to a full refund.
