How we deliver?
All Belangelique deliveries (within Nigeria) are carried out by African Courier Express (ACE) and are fully track-able. Please note, should the need arise to return an order to us, the only courier service we would deal with is ACE.
Standard Delivery – 3 working days
Next day Delivery – Purchase made before 1:pm (GMT +1) on working days.
International Delivery costs and time vary according to location. (Ghana, United States and United Kingdom)
Delivery times may differ for weekend and/or public holiday purchases.

Purchases over N60,000 (in Nigeria) attract FREE STANDARD DELIVERY
Purchases over $350 (International) attract FREE DELIVERY.
Change of delivery address, absence & contact details.
Once an order has been placed we cannot amend a delivery address. In the case of absence, please delegate a representative to receive delivery as ACE would require a signature. You will receive a call prior to dispatch. Please provide us with a functional phone number.
In the case of a failed delivery, ACE would re-attempt delivery, after which, the purchase would be returned to us, if the second attempt is unsuccessful. Please note that the customer would bear the cost for a fresh delivery.
International Customs Charges
International orders may be subject to customs or import duties once it reaches the destination country. Belangelique is not liable for payment of these charges. In the event that such charges arise, these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Note: In the event that the parcel is refused and returned to us by the courier service, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
If you have not received your order 36 hours after the stipulated delivery time, please contact our customer services team by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we would attend to it immediately. Please note, any parcels not received must be reported within 5 working days of the order date. Any claims made after this point cannot be reimbursed.
